    A sister restaurant of Kappo Shunsui, KYUU by Shunsui, helmed by chef Takamasa Suzuki, serves one of the most affordable omakase in town. At $129, look forward to premium sashimi and charcoal-grilled dishes like yellowtail marinated with yuzu soy sauce, king crab with vinegar and sudachi lime and Kagoshima A4 wagyu beef. The star, however, is the Nanatsuboshi rice with ikura, where the chef will pile on the roe until you say stop. Sea urchin can be added with a top-up of $29. Another bonus—more than 40 sakes ranging from sparkling to junmai daiginjo are available.
