Kam’s Roast is the local spinoff of Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast Goose in Hong Kong. Helmed by executive chef Wong Kwan Sang, originally from the legendary Yung Kee Roast Goose Restaurant, expect Kam’s famous roasts, sans goose owing to import r[get_bloginfo]url[/get_bloginfo]/files/2019/chinese/estrictions. highlights include the signature roast duck and pipa duck with crisp skin over flavoursome fat; delightfully juicy, smoky toro barbecue pork, and Iberico char siew. The suckling pig is another must-have—crisp skin coaxed from gentle roasting, revealing tender, succulent meat beneath. The house special of red bean soup edged with tangy aged orange peel makes a fine ending.
