Opened in 2004, Iggyâs is a stalwart in Singaporeâs fine dining scene. A chic gastro bar sits by the restaurant entrance, perfect for a more casual lunch or drinks, while things are a more formal in the main dining area, which offers a view of the kitchen in action.
Spanish-Australian chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive serves a seasonal modern European menu that features produce from Japan and around the world. There is a choice of six or eight courses for dinner. A highlight is the kabura pork noodles, which take two days to prepare. Served in a jamon and pepper beetroot tea enhanced with sweet baby abalone, the dish is as artful as it is delectable.
Oenophiles will delight in the vast selection of Burgundy wines available here, including various vintages curated by owner and sommelier Ignatius Chan.
