Family-friendly restaurant Hot Stones is all about cooking your own meat and seafood on volcanic stone slabs. Heated overnight to 350⁰C, they’re sizzling-hot when they arrive at your table. Here, you cook your meal. Choose from beautifully marbled kurobuta pork or grade eight wagyu, or various meat and seafood platters accompanied by salad, dipping sauce and a side. The platters are filling, but if you must have appetisers, get the prawn and chicken quesadillas. For dessert, the Hot Stones Sundae comprises four scoops of ice-cream on frozen stone slabs. A well-curated selection of wines and cocktails are offered, and service is friendly.
