Appetizers on the menu include Laksa Octopus Terrine with compressed melon and yuzu; Truffled Beef Tartare with crispy rice and chipotle aioli; and Rare Tuna with cucumber, fennel, micro herbs and coriander with a lemongrass broth.

For mains, expect items like the Wagyu Katsu Steak Sandwich with perfectly cooked Wagyu sirloin, bacon jam, foie butter, and vegetable crisps served on soft potato bread; Seared Salmon with artichoke puree, baby peas and sauce vierge; or Lobster with Saffron Risotto and Whiskey. All mains are served with sides of cherry tomato jam, garlic fennel slaw, and truffle Parmesan fries.
