Exclusively available at their flagship restaurant Crystal Jade Palace, the 6-course set menu is ideal for diners to savour chef Foo’s signature style which showcases familiar traditional Chinese flavours with imaginative twists.

The indulgent menu will include items such as a crispy seaweed handroll filled with sweet Hokkaido sea urchin and fluffy fried egg white, topped with refreshing bursts of ikura; savoury seafood with chicken mountain yam broth adorned with rich black truffle foie gras; and chef Foo’s pièce de résistance – a USDA beef short rib grilled to perfection in a honey char siew sauce served with a spring onion and ginger mix, and mustard alongside.
