For nine years, Gattopardo has charmed its way into the hearts of many with Chef Lino Sauro’s refined, comforting Sicilian cuisine and genuine hospitality. Much-loved among regulars are his seafood stew in a terracotta pot, featuring mussels, clams, prawns, squid and white fish in a tomatobased broth; and exquisitely tender salt-baked fish of the day. Sauro’s handmade pastas are always worth the calories, and if in season, the capellini with rich, sweet sea urchin and savoury bottarga sauce is superb. End with the pretty pistachio tart.
