This dinner-only restaurant is the fine dining cousin of Fratelli Pizzeria. Chefs Enrico and Roberto Cerea of three Michelin-starred Da Vittorio Restaurant visit Fratelli regularly to update the menu and ensure standards. For starters, the soft burrata cheese with tomatoes and pesto, and the foie gras with marsala wine sauce are exquisite. Do have the pacherri pasta which is dramatically cooked tableside, and the lamb loin with rhubarb compote for robust flavours. Its creative take of the nuovo cheese cake is a must—soft cheese and raspberry mousse encased in a white chocolate shell. Service here is impeccable and impressively knowledgeable.
