Singapore's Top Restaurants

Food Capital

Formerly Café Brio, Food Capital boasts a quality selection of local and international delights in a wide-ranging buffet. Tuck into Singapore classics like a piping hot bowl of laksa with thick, spicy coconut broth, and chilli crabs served with mantou on the side.

Cantonese roasted pork sits alongside chicken rice redolent of garlic and ginger, while an Indian station throws up the likes of chicken and fish tikka, spiced cauliflower, and tomato-based dhal. Chicken, mutton and beef satay are paired with grilled pineapple for added zing, while Western roasts like lamb leg and Australian beef are cooked to perfect doneness. A chilled seafood station heaves with freshly shucked oysters, prawns and snow crab, while a Japanese station serves sashimi and sushi rolls, and crisp prawn and vegetable tempura.

The dessert selection is delightful. There are mini pastries and cakes, macarons, and plenty of marshmallows and fruit to dip into a chocolate fountain.
