With giant papier-mache heads and a motorcycle hanging overhead, FOC is no traditional Spanish restaurant. Expect Barcelona flavours given a modern spin. Tuck into extra crispy patatas bravas with creamy aioli and spicy brava sauce, and meltingly tender bluefin tuna loin with roma tomato, topped with balsamic pearls. But FOC is best known for their paellas. The squid ink paella with prawns and squid is rich and flavourful, while the Catalan butifarra sausage entices in another paella that includes tender morsels of cuttlefish.
