The main draw is the fresh seafood station, heaving with platters of raw mud crabs, prawns, snappers, clams and squids. Take your pick, decide on the sauce you want your seafood cooked in (choices include black pepper, salted egg yolk, assam curry, and ginger and onion) and send them all to be tossed in a hot wok.
