Feng Shui Inn is praised for its excellent Cantonese cuisine including a variety of handcrafted dim sum, double-boiled soups and succulent barbecued meats. Start with dim sum such as steamed fresh crab meat dumplings, succulent siew mai and barbecue pork buns, filled with fabulous char siew. For mains, have the pan-fried foie gras with crispy prawn, where the main components contrast deliciously; steamed grouper roll with egg white, and the excellent stir-fried beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce, topped with caramelised fried garlic. End with a refreshing mango sago pomelo dessert served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
