Dining at this upscale Japanese restaurant will be a memorable affair. Serving premium cuts of wagyu like Grade A3 tenderloin and striploin from Japans Saga prefecture, Fat Cow presents the beautifully marbled meat charcoal-grilleddone to a perfect medium with a chewy, fatty centre and served with fried onions, salt and piquant housemade sauceand served sukiyaki or shabu shabu style.
Another highlight is the Spanish red prawn blackened over binchotan and presented with salt and a lemon wedge. The succulent meat almost begs to be served sashimi style for its full natural sweetness to be savoured. To end, skip desserts for a few cocktails. The Fat Sour, made with Suntory Kakubin whisky, mole bitters and malt syrup makes the perfect heady ending.
