Expect excellent fine food in relaxed vibes at this modern Spanish restaurant. Perch at the bar and watch head chef Carlos Montobbio and his team work magic, as they roll out amazing fare with brilliant ingredient and flavour combinations.

The 10-course lunch degustation—including three snacks—is an indulgent treat. Memorable highlights include a tantalising grilled lettuce with herb yoghurt and cider vinegar; juicy, meltingly tender pork jowl with pickled pear and togarashi, and artfully presented octopus with grilled corn sauce.

At $118, it is reasonably priced considering that even supporting components of each dish require elaborate preparation. Wines are pricey though.
