Located within the COMO Dempsey enclave, The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar is the brainchild of New York-based celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The menu comprises a good mix of American comfort grub and elegant French food, put together from Jean-Georges’ other restaurants in the US.

We suggest starting with one of chef’s signatures, the decadent egg caviar comprising warm gooey poached egg set against cold cream, and topped with a briny crown of caviar. To fill up, we recommend the signature black truffle and fontina cheese pizza, and the spice crusted snapper served in a sweet and sour broth. Getting a table here is no easy feat, so be sure to make your reservation in advance.
