The pork belly crackling is incredibly crisp, perfectly golden set against nicely seasoned meat.

For mains, the braised sea cucumber with pork belly is an unctuous treat. Having absorbed all the rich flavours of the braising sauce, the gelatinous sea cucumber is sumptuously tasty and melts in your mouth. Accompanying it is tender, juicy pork belly with just the right meat-to-fat ratio. Pair this with fried crispy rice and orzo pasta with prawn and shrimp.
