The lobster laksa is another must-order for the plump lobes of Boston lobster and other ingredients such as quail egg and fish cake dancing in a medium-spicy coconut gravy. For nibbles, go for the salted egg chicken wings whose flavours are lifted by piquant complements of curry leaves and chilli padi.
