Café Mosaic serves up a sumptuous buffet spread of international delights in the heart of the city. Start with the tempting selection of cold appetisers such as salmon sashimi, fresh oysters, queen scallop and poached prawns. There are well-seasoned salads on offer too, including soba or apple salad, which can be complemented with a portion of marinated baby octopus. Warm the belly with cream of mushroom or pork ribs soup with bitter gourd before chowing down on the selection of mains such as prawn paste chicken and spoon-tender mutton curry spiked just the right balance of spices.

The dishes here are simple yet flavourful— braised pork ribs with sweet and sour sauce, oyster omelette and fish fillet with sambal belachan. Local favourites at the live stations include Singapore rojak, gado gado, laksa and fish ball noodles.

At the dessert station, savour the rich flavours of crème brûlée before grazing on the selection of mini cakes in myriad flavours such as durian, cheese, red velvet and chocolate. Alternatively, there is always the offeringof fresh fruit.

A small a la carte menu is available for diners who don’t feel the need to indulge. Choose from local dishes like Singapore nonya laksa or international classics such as seafood pizza and the signature Café Mosaic Burger.
