Gordon Ramsay’s Singapore outpost serves British classics done well under the guidance of executive chef Sabrina Stillhart. Seemingly simple dishes like mushroom risotto and onion soup are exceptional. The former is served with a lovely mushroom fritter, while the latter is spiked with cider, infusing it with sweet and tart notes.
