Braci is a great restaurant for good, modern Italian fare served in a gorgeous setting. While it’s nice to watch the goings-on at the open kitchen, dine at the alfresco rooftop terrace instead for sweeping views of Boat Quay and Raffles Place. Highlights here are the pastas and grills which are prepared in a Josper oven and shichirin grill. Must-tries include the light, creamy foie gras semifreddo with kumquat and fig vincotto; uni and oscietra caviar pasta; and the Tochigi wagyu served with sesame and garlic scapes. End with the decadent gianduiotto with frangelico cream and hazelnuts.
