    On the balmy boardwalk of Quayside Isle in Sentosa, laid-back Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House hits all the right notes with its inspired take on Chinese classics. The star is undoubtedly its signature chilli pomelo crab—Sri Lankan crab paired with a piquant, fiery gravy of lemongrass, ginger flower and fresh pomelo. Mop it all up with perfectly fried mantou. Also recommended are the succulently tender chargrilled Angus beef cubes topped with crispy garlic chips, and generously sized lemongrass prawns with crunchy turnip and spicy citrus sauce.
