Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House serves up modern Chinese cuisine with local and western touches in spacious, casual interiors. With grills as its forte, it is little wonder that the Josper grilled barramundi fillet is a winner. Served with a mild chilli sauce, the fish is cooked perfectly—its flesh moist and tender, and skin aromatically charred. Go also for the crispy chicken skin, stretched paperthin and served with a tangy chilli yoghurt sauce; and the chargrilled Angus beef cubes of ribeye seared medium rare and topped with garlic chips.
