Located on the fifth floor of Park Hotel Farrer Park, Blue Jasmine serves up authentic Thai flavours in a chic, contemporary setting with the option of cosy indoor or breezy alfresco dining.

Previously a halal establishment, the restaurant has maintained its ingredient supply from its halal-certified vendors and practices a ‘no pork, no lard’ rule in its kitchen. Their recently revamped menu includes new must-tries like the crispy sesame beef, or white sesame and coriander root marinated strips of beef loin, deep-fried to perfection and served with a light, piquant chilli sauce; and wonderfully wok-hei infused Phad Kee Mao, a Thai version of stir-fried kway teow with an assortment of fresh vegetables and your choice of seafood, beef or chicken.

Furthermore, with a full bar now on deck, diners can enjoy a refreshing cocktail with their choice of delectable bar snacks or one of the establishment’s affordable new lunch sets, each inclusive of appetiser and dessert. The tom yum seafood set features crispy vegetable spring rolls and a generous bowl of tangy, aromatic tom yum broth with just the right amount of heat and a medley of fresh seafood. Dessert is the all-time Thai favourite—mango sticky rice, with their version vibrant with blue pea flower-coloured rice, topped with sweet yellow mango and a drizzle of creamy coconut milk.
