Blu Kouzina is arguably the best Greek restaurant in town. Like its rustic interior, the food served here is genuine and wholesome, using quality ingredients mostly flown in from Greece. The menu sees a well-curated selection of traditional and modern dishes—think fresh seafood platters, grilled meats and plenty of dips and salads. The dips, comprising smooth cod roe (taramosalata), Greek yoghurt with herbs (tzatziki), and smoked eggplant with herbs are delicious with handmade pita bread. For mains, the grilled octopus, grilled lamb chops with roasted vegetables, and the grilled seabass are good. End with walnut baklava soaked in homemade syrup.
