Despite being less than a year old, BLOSSOM hits all the right notes in an extremely competitive Chinese restaurant scene. Chefs here harness the natural flavours of their ingredients and focus on serving healthy Chinese cuisine. In fact, it offers many more healthy elements not typically seen in Chinese restaurants, and this is where BLOSSOM truly shines.

The food here is delicate, not overly seasoned and offers a clean palate particularly on their seafood. Start with pan-fried lobster steak with caviar. The crustacean’s sweetness shines in its simplicity. It pairs extremely well with Champagne, which elevates the elegance of the lobster. The signature smoked duck is a must-try, with the smoky flavour of tea nicely infused into its moist meat and crisp skin. Another outstanding dish is the stewed rice with shredded abalone and conpoy, served tableside and bursting with the rich essence of abalone. Other favourites include the stir-fried bird’s nest with fresh crabmeat, baked Chilean cod and double-boiled peach resin with red dates and ginseng.
