The vibe is casual, with warm wooden furnishing and roadhouse music to set the tone. Start with the restaurant’s interpretation of a BLT comprising a slice of fried green tomato topped with crispy pork belly, smoky tomato jam, pimento cheese, frisée and pickled lemon vinaigrette.
