The Charcuterie and Cheese Market offers savoury cured meats from France, Italy and Spain, and cheeses, ranging from creamy brie to spicy chilli pecorino. The Seafood Room presents the ubiquitous fresh oysters, sashimi and meaty Alaskan king crab legs. But even more unique is its delicious seafood antipasti featuring smoked and cured fish and seafood.
The wood-fired oven station is a constant buzz, where chefs keep platters of heavenly, piping-hot, thin-crust pizza varieties freshly replenished.
