In the gently lit pasta-and-wine bar, start with the lovely burratino with sourdough toast and burnt onion jam—so simple yet so good. The spaghetti caccio e pepe pici and rigatoni arriabata are also worthy. But the star is the fusili nero with uni and crabmeat, with its complex flavours coming together beautifully.
