Artemis Grill and Skybar is an elegant and sophisticated dining spot in the city centre with enviable views rarely found elsewhere. Surrounded by the swankiest offices downtown, its vantage point on the 40th floor offers a stunning bird’s eye view of the city below. Easily its strongest calling card, even its ring-side seats get booked out weeks in advance.

Artemis Grill’s menu is Mediterranean. An array of starters gets the ball rolling, featuring Boston lobster, falafel and other dishes. Our favourite is the simple burratina, which shines in its freshness, unmasked by unnecessary accompaniments. Creamy yet with a distinct bite, it is laden with slices of heirloom tomatoes which cut through the cheese. Various grills are offered as mains, ranging from Moroccan spiced duck breast with cherry purée and duck and radish jus, to seabass with green asparagus and lovage emulsion. But our favourite is the Australian lamb loin—cooked perfectly, served with leek gratin, housemade mustard and an aromatic sarriette-infused lamb jus. Each bite is juicy and melt-in-the-mouth. Surprisingly, the star of the show is chickpea fries, a side dish of crunchy, deep-fried deliciousness, with romanesco, almonds and curry leaf. Finish your meal with a decadent Valrhona dark chocolate mousse.
