AquaMarine serves an international seafood buffet on weekdays and Asian buffet on weekends. The latter is particularly popular. The Asian buffet at this Halal-certified restaurant comprises a lavish spread of salads and starters, including sushi, sashimi and soups.

There is a DIY noodle station, curries, a selection of fresh seafood, rice dishes and—of course—a most tempting dessert bar. Stand-outs included the tasty and tender beef short ribs satay and a marvellous chempedak crème brulee. An a la carte menu is available on request and features a wonderfully rich lobster laksa.
