    Alley on 25 consolidates five restaurants under one roof, offering local cuisine, charcoal grilled modern-Asian fare and a very popular bar. Excellent service and panoramic views add to its charms. From the a la carte menu, start with burrata with heirloom tomatoes, and crispy seafood and chicken spring rolls. For mains, the signature charcoal grilled Korean-style boneless wagyu short rib is flavourful and tender, and peri-peri chicken with jálapeno salsa is delectable. Seafood lovers should go for the charcoal grilled whole sea bass with coriander turmeric rub, and seafood stew comprising sustainable ingredients. Gluten-free dishes are thoughtfully highlighted on the menu. Their uniquely themed buffets are also noteworthy.
