Part of Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa’s Dine on 3 enclave, 8 Noodles is designed after a kopitiam, or neighbourhood coffee shop. The menu features popular Asian noodle dishes and a variety of roasted meats to complement your noodles.

The laksa comes highly recommended, as do the wanton noodles. The noodles in the latter are delightfully springy and served with boiled Chinese mustard greens on the side and a generous bowl of tasty broth with minced pork dumplings. The food may be humble, but the prices reflect the hotel’s posh setting.
