    Conveniently located within Central Clarke Quay, 8 Korean Barbeque is the go-to spot for fans of Korean barbecue. Meat lovers are spoilt for choice with the selection available here. Argentinian ribeye steak is succulent and served with a sesame oil dip, even if the natural flavour of the well-marbled meat needs no embellishment. Be sure to order the house speciality: mangalica pork belly. Raised on a natural diet of acorn and beets, the Spanish pigs yield some incredibly marbled meat.

    Aside from enjoying the meat au naturel, diners can choose from eight marinades including honey ginger and red pepper paste. The menu lists them according to intensity of flavour, indicating the sequence in which the meat should be consumed.
