Art Nouveau meets Steampunk at this lofty restaurant in the upper reaches of Andaz Singapore. With a small seating capacity and dinner-only service on weekdays, reservations are essential. That said, the phone sometimes goes unanswered and the restaurant only takes walk-ins after 7.30pm. Should you snag a table, ask for one by the window to get a birds eye view of the city below. Appetisers such as the salmon ceviche with salmon roe are better than dishes from the main menu, which include a toothfish fillet and grain-fed ribeye. Desserts here are large and made for sharing. The baked Alaska with passion fruit and raspberry sauce is fun, albeit a little messy.
While the menu is pork-free and meats are sourced from halal suppliers, alcohol is available at this restaurant.
