10 at Claymore serves up a sumptuous international buffet spread. Start with a variety of cold seafood including freshly shucked oysters, mussels, prawns and lobsters. Enjoy a curated selection of Straits favourites, such as delicious Penang char kway teow and nasi lemak with spicy sambal. Seafood lovers will enjoy chilli lobster claw with a side of crisp-fried buns, aka mantou, and fresh lobster sautéed with garlic and ginger.
Favourites from the rotisserie include tender rack of lamb and meaty baby back pork ribs. Diners can also enjoy mouth-watering beef bourguignon and plump scallops tossed with seasonal greens.
The dessert counter offers a host of indulgent sweet treats such as pistachio financers, caramel sea salt tiramisu and teacakes. Crepes are made a la minute and served with honey or rich chocolate sauce. There’s also a do-it-yourself ice kachang station, complete with the classic condiments for this well-loved local sweet.
