In Spanish, Binomio means ‘pair’, which reflects the two sections of the restaurant: a fine dining room and a casual tapas bar. Whichever side you choose, Binomio is everything a good Spanish restaurant should bewarm, vibrant and bustling. General manager Eduardo Ortega and his team provide wonderful service, while chef Gonzale Landin and his crew create magic in the kitchen.
Thoroughly enjoyable starters included the grilled cuttlefish with sofrito and veal vinaigrette, and chargrilled pork belly with scallop and cauliflower puree. All in all, excellent value for the topnotch quality, enjoyable service and fabulous food and drink.
