This modern Asian bistro is opened by chef Sun Kim, who is behind the Michelin-starred Meta, and helmed by chef Louis Han. Their food is fun, innovative and inspired by Korean and Japanese flavours.
The menu is divided into three segmentsSmall, Big and Sweet. Order a few small plates to share, especially the piquant Korean-style wagyu tartare topped with a raw quail egg and crisp sago chips. The prawns served with XO sauce, mussels, and Jerusalem artichoke is a must-try too. For something heartier, go for the Australian wagyu rump served on a bed of charred kale and diced mushroom doenjang. The meat is marinated in soy sauce for seven days before it is sous vide and then seared, resulting in a dish that offers great flavour and texture.
End your meal with the banana cream puffs that are soft and filled with silky smooth banana cream.
