Boca provides a delicious initiation to Portuguese cuisine. Set in a three-storey shophouse, each level serves a specific purpose: the first for petiscos (little plates), the second for a more formal dining experience and the third, an adega (wine cellar) to savour the 11 wine labels Boca stocks.
On the cuisine front, bacalhau (codfish) imported from Portugal is the highlight of the menu. Ask for the codfish fritters or the bacalhau à lagareiro, a 60-day cured codfish marinated with olive oil and garlic before it is cooked over charcoal.
