Chef Diego Jacquet serves the food of his native Argentina, all given a refined, modern twist. There are the likes of creamy Provoleta cheese, melted in the oven and served with shaved almonds and oreganoinfused honey, along with chorizo croquettes and grilled asado or flank steak.
