    Helmed by executive chef Keisuke Uno, Mikuni features a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and robatayaki grill. Some of the best value to be had here is at lunch, when the likes of a Business Bento come with lobster uni yaki and seasonal sashimi for $75.

    Must-haves from the regular menu include the foie gras chawanmushi, a lush egg custard harbouring shorefresh morsels of crabmeat, scallops and sea urchin, as well as the spoon-tender 63-degree, slow-cooked Mizayaki wagyu short-ribs. Alternatively, order the always sensational seasonal kaiseki menu.
