The first international outpost of the Osaka brand, this restaurant specialises in kushiage, or ingredients coated in panko and deep-fried. Premium ingredients from Japan are used here, served in a choice of sets, such as the popular Rokukakutei course with eight skewers and sides for lunch.
Highlights include the chicken breast and shiso leaf with tonburi (kochia seeds) and green pea croquette. Each fried morsel is airy and crisp, and never greasy. The bar offers a wide range of wines,from champagne to Bordeaux.
