Low ceilings, cosy alcoves and pretty views of the Marina Bay—The Lighthouse Restaurant and Rooftop Bar at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore provides the perfect setting for discreet business meetings or romantic celebrations. For entreés, try the open ravioli with ricotta cheese espuma and veal ragout; or angel hair pasta with Maine lobster.
