The Italian word for breadsticks, Grissini serves its namesake snack with a mascarpone and basil dip at lunch and sun-dried tomato dip at dinner. The menu features some traditional Italian favourites done well, like wild-caught Mediterranean octopus with crisp frisée and heirloom cherry tomatoes; and tagliolini with Alaskan king crab.
Chef Antonios Mamas Tiramisu, meanwhile, is a refreshing take on the classic dessert with lemon liqueur and a scoop of lemon sorbet.
