The menu is comprehensive, purveying a choice selection of Italian staples designed to please. Start with the likes of burrata cheese from Andria that reveals a luscious creamy filling as you slice into it; or savour the Black Angus beef carpaccio topped with hazelnut, quail egg and salsa verde.
For pastas, we recommend the handmade tagliolini with Umbria sausage, ricotta and spinach, and generously topped with black truffle shavings. Or order the fresh homemade tagliatelle with Bolognese ragout and 24-month aged parmesan, which is good for sharing.
Meat lovers, meanwhile, will enjoy the roasted US prime beef bone-in ribeye that is carved tableside. A sharing portion for two, the meat is beautifully cooked till tender and served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Conclude the meal with Dolce Vitas signature tiramisu with mascarpone mousse and rich potent espresso for a perfect combination of sweet and bitter, one of the best in town.
