Chef Simone Fraternali leads the kitchen at this gorgeous restaurant with its panoramic views of greenery and the South China Sea. Particularly good on the menu are the nugget-sized arancini, crisply crumbed balls of al dente rice daintily topped with smoked truffle cream; and a trio of bruschetta paired with the earthy perfume of sautéed field mushrooms.
A house special is the spaghetti alla Chitarra, the lush homemade pasta loops soaking up the briny flavour of smoked lobster pieces, though carnivores will gravitate towards the Angus beef tagliata or slow-cooked pork chop.
