Start with the Sardinian pecorino (sheeps cheese) served with chestnut honey and fresh fig, then move on to Tajima wagyu beef carpaccio with wild rocket, foie gras praline, fresh black truffles and Parmigiano.
The roasted lamb loin is a must-try, comprising deftly grilled meat paired with purple sweet potatoes and spiced French onions.
