The Garden Restaurant serves minimally processed, calorie-conscious fare within a bright and airy colonial-era building. Diners will be treated to an organic brunch buffet on the last Saturday of each month, which includes a free flow of organic juices and soft drinks. There are juice blends dedicated to Cleansing, Complexion, Immunity and Detox.
One can taste the freshness of the locally grown and pesticide-free salads, tossed and portioned in front of diners. Served in their shells, the New Zealand free-range eggs with smoked green asparagus and hollandaise foam are both savoury and flavourful.
