Punjab Grill’s a la carte menu is extensive, but the five-course degustationwith a vegetarian optionis excellent value at $98, or $148, which includes a decent pairing of three full-sized glasses of wine.
Each course comprises a generous sampling from several a la carte dishes, giving you a good range of the chef’s signature dishes such as the massive tandoori prawns and tandoori lamb chops. From the vegetarian menu, the paneer tikka lababdar, cottage cheese in a thick ravy of tomatoes and peppers, is delightful.
