This chic 36-seater is helmed by Australian chef Luke Armstrong, who has worked in award-winning restaurants like Pied à Terre and The Ledbury in London, and Oud Sluis in The Netherlands.
At dinner, guests can pick the chefs tasting menu or the seasonal inspiration menu, both of which change regularly. We loved the appetiser of foie gras ballotine, served with figs, fennel pollen and freshly baked brioche. The main course of dry-aged beef served with fresh wasabi, abalone mushroom and bordelaise sauce, is also excellent.
Dessert may be a gorgeous pistachio parfait, made with Sicilian pistachios that are roasted and marinated in raw alcohol for a month, before they ground into a paste and served with caramelised white chocolate cremeaux.
