Not just a restaurant per se, VLV is also part glamorous club lounge with live music and DJs come nightfall. During lunch and dinner, however, the restaurant located on the second floor of its stunning heritage building is the real draw.
Chef Martin Foo serves up a modern Chinese menu featuring signatures such as beggar chicken black garlic sea whelk soup and a special luxed up Peking duck featuring heady foie gras paste. For lunch, there is also a dim sum menu featuring the classicsthink prawn dumpling, pan-fried carrot cake et al.
